After almost a decade of teaching yoga, offering workshops at festivals and studios all over the world, Lauren started her own yoga school: Yoga Academy International.

Her goal was simple- to rise to a new standard of education in Yoga. Along with her team, Yoga Academy International teacher trainings offer an immersive experience. These yoga teacher trainings go far beyond asana or postures and allow students to truly dive in to the lifestyle of yoga in a safe and supported space.
