Hi! I’m Lauren, the founder and director and director of Yoga Academy International. I’ve successfully lead over 40 yoga retreats in 12 countries!

With my extensive travel experience (55 countries) and 15 years of yoga teaching, I’m finally ready to share EVERYTHING about my process, secrets, planning and execution teaching you EXACTLY how to lead amazing yoga retreats of your own.

I’m also going to give you a full list of my connections for retreat centres around the world! I’ve already vetted so many places so that you don’t have to.

Many of my students come back over and over for my signature and soulful yoga retreats (some have returned 4 times or more!) and now I’m going to teach you how to do the same!
