Lauren Rudick’s love of yoga has taken her around the world. She has studied, taught and practiced yoga across 6 continents and over two-dozen countries. Lauren’s appetite for yoga and travel are insatiable! She has been teaching and practicing yoga for over a decade and continues to train with world-class and inspiring teachers whenever she can. She has solid roots in traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Power Yoga with continued education in Ashtanga, Yin, and Anusara.
Lauren’s dynamic and upbeat classes are infused with humor, positivity and joy helping her students build confidence on and off the mat.
Lauren is currently based out of Costa Rica, but continues to give classes internationally at retreats, conferences and festivals including Sedona Yoga Festival, Burlington Yoga Conference, Wanderlust Festival. and more. She has been featured in newspapers and magazines including The daily mail, Evoke, Get Out There, DisFunkshion, Optimyz and gives online yoga classes at YOGO.tv. Her outspoken honesty and commitment to truth have landed her as a guest on several podcasts and radio shows From Atlanta to Australia. Lauren’s world renown yoga retreats have received heaps of international praise and offer her students a chance to join her on yoga adventures to exotic locations. She envisions, creates and flawlessly executes yoga retreats for virtually all travel styles, budgets and comfort levels from backpacker to super luxurious and everything in between.
Lauren is proud and honored to act as an ambassador for Freewaters Footwear, a shoe company with a conscience. Together they are helping to bring awareness to the global water crisis and support clean water initiatives worldwide. Lauren is also a Luminary for Inner Fire apparel. A mindful clothing company on a mission to provide education to young girls.
When not teaching yoga, Lauren expresses her creative side through her jewelry line and her writing. Contributing to Elephant Journal, MyYogaOnline and MindBodyGreen. Otherwise she can be found, snowboarding, beachbuming, surfing, hiking or snuggling her dog .
